Sharon Power is an experienced, licensed real estate professional who has lived in South Coast for over 38 years and has a thorough knowledge of the region. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Newbury College, Brookline, was on the national dean's list and also is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society.

Sharon holds the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation and is a member of The Real Estate Buyer Agent Council ( REBAC) as well as a graduate

of The Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). The GRI curriculum incorporates a common body of knowledge for progressive real estate professionals.

Licensed in 2002, Sharon has been successful working with both buyers and sellers throughout her 7 year career and is proud that the major part of her business comes as a result of referrals from satisfied customers and clients. She has worked and trained as an Exclusive Buyer's Agent for the past 2 years and believes that communication and hard work are the cornerstones of success. She works diligently to keep her clients informed throughout the entire real estate transaction and is in tune with buyers needs.

When listing a property for a seller, Sharon has a thorough understanding of the challenges the current Real Estate market presents. She knows what it takes to sell a house in today’s market and uses her expertise and experience to match the right buyer to the right property.

Sharon holds the international rank of Black Belt 1st Dan in the Korean Martial Art, Tang Soo Do and was involved locally for 20 years. An avid sports fan, she follows all New England sports teams and especially enjoys the Boston Celtics.

Sharon currently resides in Fairhaven with her husband and sons.
